A. No, not at all. If you are just getting started this masterclass will help you avoid some of the pitfalls people often make when starting a sewing business.

Q. Can you guarantee I will earn more money?
A. Definitely not. I’d be wary of anyone who makes a claim like that. I can give you all the help and advice I have, but you have to be the one who takes action to make it work.
There may be other areas of your business that need working on that could affect your sales. All of my advice is geared towards helping you build a profitable sewing business, but I can’t do the work for you.

A. If the confirmation email hasn’t arrived within a few hours of making the booking, please contact me here so I can look into it for you.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. If you are at all unhappy I would urge you to get in touch so that I can help you work through any problems you might have. Refunds for digital training are not available as per the terms of sale agreed to when booking, but I will work with you to achieve a positive outcome where possible.
