Product Descriptions

We try to make our descriptions as accurate as possible. All our products have detailed photography and you can zoom in for more detail if required. We hope this helps you to see what you are buying and have confidence that you will like it.

Please bear in mind that different computers and screens/monitors can be set-up differently. The colours may vary from one to another. Please get in touch if you are not sure about anything and we will be happy to try and help.

Sometimes it is not possible to get the exact same colour, for example with our dyed products we dye them in small batches. Although we use the same dye each time, the product can come out a slightly different shade when used again.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver our goods to you within 14 working days of the order being placed. However, we reserve the right to deliver within 30 days as defined in the Distance Contracts Regulations June 2014.

Custom orders (including made to measure garments) may take longer to fulfil due to the nature of the work involved in some of the garments we make. You will be informed of this prior to ordering a custom made item and wherever possible you’ll be given an approximate date for delivery.

Prices and shipping costs.

All prices shown on the site are subject to packaging and shipping charges. These charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and where it is being sent. You will be able to view an estimated shipping cost once you have placed an item in your basket and the actual shipping costs for your order once you have entered your delivery address, but prior to placing your order (by clicking the buy button or sending payment in any other way).

Our basic shipping cost for a small parcel is £8.99 and is sent by DPD with full tracking and one hour estimated time slot notification by email or SMS.

All prices are shown and will be charged in GB Pounds Sterling. The currency exchange rate for overseas customers will be that which is in force at the customer’s credit card issuing bank at the time of the transaction and we have absolutely no control over this.

Please note there are additional costs for shipping some products due to the high value of these items.


Our website will not normally allow you to order items which are out of stock, however, if a situation arises where an items is subsequently found to be out of stock or fails to meet our quality standards, you will always be contacted and given the option to cancel, substitute or otherwise adjust the order to suit you.

Payment methods

We are an online business and so the normal means of payment is by credit or debit card through our secure payment service PayPal. If you would like to pay by other means then do please contact us to see if this is available before placing your order.

Right to cancel

It is very rare that a customer needs to send something back. However, if you would like to return an item you have the right to do this within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a refund providing the item/s is not made to your specification or is personalised. (*See note below for additional information regarding exemptions.)

To cancel your order you can contact us by email, phone or using the contact box provided on the website here. We also have a cancellation form that can be downloaded here, although you do not have to use this form. Please do include as much information as possible, such as date ordered and order number, to assist us with managing your return as quickly as possible.

We are only obliged to refund the cost of standard shipping rates for your item. If you have chosen to pay for additional costs such as special delivery these costs will not be refunded if you choose to cancel.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back into our possession or if earlier, 14 days from the date we receive your proof of postage.

Please be aware it is your responsibility to return the goods to us if you have decided to cancel. You will also be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. If this is not done within the timeframe stated above we reserve the right not to refund your order.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to cover the diminished value of the goods if applicable. Our clothing is packaged in a way that will enable you to try on the items to ascertain if it fits, but if the clothing has been worn for a period in addition to trying the garment on or there are any other signs of deterioration, damage or wear, we may deduct an amount from the refund due.

We advise you to send any items we have agreed to accept back, very well packaged to prevent damage and for your own protection use a recorded delivery method (so we sign for the receipt). We cannot accept liability for goods you send back which are not received or are damaged in transit.

*This exemption applies, but is not limited to, the printed hoodies and T-shirts we sell as well as any clothing or costume that has been made to your own specifications and/or measurements, and can be found in the Limits of application: circumstances excluding cancellation section, Part 3 – 28 (1B) of the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. All of our printed clothing is made to order. This way we are able to offer a wide range of styles, colours and slogans and sizes.


All orders are independently picked, checked and inspected to ensure we don’t miss anything. So in the very unlikely event that you find something is missing from your order, you must notify us within two days of receipt. You should do this through our Enquiry system on the site so there is a formal record of your notification. We will only deal with shortages notified after that period at our discretion. This does not affect your right to cancel.

Limit of Liability

Although the products sold on would be considered harmless by most people, we have no control over what you do with them or how you use them once you receive them. We therefore hereby specifically disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or other negative consequence in whatever form, howsoever caused, which arises from the use (or indirect use) of any product advertised on, or supplied via the website. Furthermore, no guarantee can be, nor is given, with regard to any spiritual or metaphysical qualities for any of the products we supply.

Errors and Omissions

We try very hard to keep our site as up to date as possible and describe everything accurately. However, we are only human and may occasionally make a mistake. Therefore we reserve the right to change details of products, prices and shipping costs as we see fit, withdraw items from sale without warning and cancel a sale if we discover we have made an error – you will never be charged anything if this happens.

When you progress through the checkout we will provide you with a copy of our current terms and conditions. By placing and paying for an order you have entered into a contract with us and our terms and conditions apply.

These T&C’s will stand for the remainder of your contract with us, unless you agree otherwise.

Use of vouchers, gift certificates and discount codes.

The ‘bearer’ is the person in lawful possession of a voucher, gift certificate or discount code. The word ‘voucher’ may apply to any voucher, gift certificate or discount code, including discount codes delivered by email. The words ‘discount code’ apply to any code being entered at the shopping cart stage of the purchasing process.

Use of a Pink Giraffe discount code entitles the bearer to receive a discount or reduction from their order at Standard T&Cs apply in addition to the following.

Discount code valid for one transaction only.

Valid for the purchase of items in selected sections of the website.

Voucher non-transferable.

A discount code cannot be used to purchase a further gift certificate, voucher or discount.

Discount codes may only be redeemed at the website

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Not redeemable against items listed as on sale or reduced.

We are not responsible if a discount code or voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission of the bearer and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Use of voucher does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contract Regs 2013.

The code issued with your voucher will expire on the date stated overleaf.

Not redeemable for cash or alternative prize.

A discount may consist of a percentage reduction or a fixed price reduction. This will be documented at the point of issue.

In the case of a fixed price reduction, any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

Leftover amounts not used at the time of purchase will not be carried forward.

T&Cs specific to a promotion or offer will be declared at the point of issue or sale.


All relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

International customers outside of the EU

Please note that International Taxes, including but not limited to custom duty, are the responsibility of you the customer. Please check your counties own policy regarding imports before ordering if you are unsure.
