Q. Where can I find your sizing information?
A. Sizing info for our ready to ship clothing can be found on our measurements page.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. Our returns policy can be found within our Terms & Conditions. You can view them here.

Q. Can I buy a gift certificate for someone?
A. Yes, please see this section of our website.

Q. Where are your products made?
A. All Pink Giraffe products are made by me, Nicky, in my studio in Lincolnshire.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. After you have placed your order you will receive an email direct from the courier with full tracking information and a one hour estimated time slot notification by email or SMS. If you do not receive this information within 1 working day of placing your order, please get in touch so we can look into it for you.

Q. I ordered the wrong item, can I amend my order?
A. Depending on what stage your order is at, we will try to make the amendments you request. However once your order has been processed and the courier booked, we are unable to cancel it and you must use the returns process as laid out in our T&Cs. Further information can be found here.

Q. Where can I read your terms and conditions?
A. Our T&Cs are available here or can be downloaded as a PDF here –  T&C’s June 2014.

Q. Where are you based?
A. Pink Giraffe is a small family business in Lincolnshire, England.

Q. How can I contact you?
A. You can email here, contact us through social media (links at bottom of the page) or use our contact form.

Q. What methods of payment do you offer?
A. Payment is made through our secure checkout Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my goods?
A. No, please see above.

Q. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
A. Please contact me with your order number so I can chase it up for you and find out where it is. Please email me so I can help you quickly. Other contact methods such as Facebook messenger are not monitored as regularly.

Shipping

Q. Do you have more info on shipping?
A. Our basic shipping cost for a small parcel is £8.99 and is sent by DPD Local with full tracking and one hour estimated time slot notification by email or SMS. You will be able to view an estimated shipping cost once you have placed an item in your basket and the actual shipping costs for your order once you have entered your delivery address, but prior to placing your order (by clicking the buy button or sending payment in any other way).

Q. What couriers do you use?
A. We use DPD Local (formerly called Interlink). They are not the cheapest courier, but they are reliable and your order will be fully insured should anything go wrong.

Q. How long will it take for my order to come?
A. We aim to deliver our goods to you within 14 working days of the order being placed. However, we reserve the right to deliver within 30 days as defined in the Distance Contracts Regulations June 2014.
Custom orders (including made to measure garments) may take longer to fulfil due to the nature of the work involved in some of the garments I make. You will be informed of this prior to ordering a custom made item and wherever possible you’ll be given an approximate date for delivery. Please contact me before buying to check current lead times, particularly if you need the garment for an event.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Currently we only ship within the UK. We plan to ship overseas in the future.

Polewear

Q. How can I order made to measure polewear?
A. If you are placing an order for limited edition polewear from the website, place your order as normal and then complete the measurements form. Details of how to measure yourself accurately are included on the form. Please note, the form works best on a laptop or computer.

Q. Can you make me a pole dance competition costume?
A. Sure I can. Please email me or use the contact us form on the website and let me know what you are interested in. There is no obligation at this point.

Q. Do you offer consultations for made to measure costumes?
A. Yes, if you live local to me (or you fancy a day trip) you are welcome to arrange a visit to come and discuss your requirements and ideas.

Q. Why do you only sell limited amounts in each fabric design?
A. Our fabrics are often ordered up to 12 weeks in advance. They are custom printed and therefore not available to order again, except in certain situations. We hope this adds to the exclusivity of our designs and ensures your item is limited edition.

Q. How do I take my measurements for your made to measure polewear?
A. Details of how to measure yourself accurately are included on the measurements form. Please note, the form works best on a laptop or computer. It is important to take these measurements as accurately as possible to ensure your costume is a perfect fit.
